What's included
- Two movers and a Sprinter van
- Moving pads to wrap furniture, plus straps to secure the load
- Hand truck, 4-wheel dollies, and a portable ramp
- Tools to take apart and put back together beds, tables, and desks
- Placement in the right rooms at your new place
What fits
One van handles about 500 cubic feet: a studio or light 1-bedroom. If you have more, tell us and we'll recommend a second crew (2 more movers and a second van, $165/hour per crew) or a second trip, or point you to the right setup.
How to get ready
- Pack boxes and close them with tape. Loose items slow everything down.
- Reserve the elevator and loading dock if your building requires it, and tell us the times.
- Ask your building whether they need a certificate of insurance (COI). We can send one. If they need to be named as additional insured, it's $75.
- Tell us about stairs, long walks from parking, and gate codes ahead of time.
- Empty dressers of heavy items, or let us know if you'd rather keep them in.

Small move questions
How do I know if my move fits in one van?
Text us photos of each room, or a list of the big items. We'll tell you if it fits in one van before you book.
Do you bring boxes?
Tape, shrink wrap, and moving blankets are included. Packing service is available at the hourly rate. Boxes and packing paper can be brought on request and added to your estimate at cost. Otherwise, please have everything boxed before we arrive.
Can you move me the same day?
Sometimes. Text us early with photos and addresses. Same-day when we can, never guaranteed.
