What we plan around in Kendall

Dadeland apartments. Mid-rise and high-rise buildings near the Metrorail stations, with leasing offices that set move hours, reserve the elevator or loading area, and sometimes ask for a COI. A COI naming the property or you as additional insured is $75.
Garden apartments and townhomes. Big complexes with many buildings, outside stairs and assigned parking. Send the building number and where a van can stop near your door. No stair fees: stairs are part of the hourly time.
Gated communities. Leave our name and arrival time with the guard, or send the visitor pass details, and tell us if the HOA limits move hours.
Traffic. Kendall Drive, US-1 and the Palmetto get heavy at rush hour. We plan the route and the start time around it.

Routes from Kendall

Kendall moves often stay close (a 1-bedroom from Dadeland to West Kendall, a townhome to a condo nearby) or head to Pinecrest, Coral Gables, Doral, Brickell, or south to Cutler Bay and Homestead. Moves up to Broward and Palm Beach are normal too. There's no travel fee: billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address, and the drive between your addresses is part of it.

Your building and unit number, the floor, and where a van can park closest to your door. If the leasing office has move rules, send those too.

Do you charge for stairs in a garden apartment?

No. Stairs are part of the hourly time, with no per-flight fees. Tell us the floor so the estimate gets the hours right.

Can you move me from Kendall to Brickell?

Yes, anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. There's no travel fee; the drive between your addresses is billed time, and you get a written estimate first.

Can you move just one or two pieces?
