  • Cutler Ridge and Whispering Pines. Single-story homes with driveways or carports and quiet streets. Tell us where a van can stop; the carry is part of the hourly time.
  • Townhomes and apartments along US-1. Two-story townhomes with turning staircases and apartment communities with outside stairs and office move hours. No stair fees.
  • Summer storms. Afternoon downpours are normal from June to October, so furniture is wrapped in pads before it leaves the house.

Routes from Cutler Bay

Cutler Bay sits between Florida's Turnpike and US-1, so Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, Kendall and Homestead are short drives, and most longer moves head north on the Turnpike to the rest of Miami-Dade and Broward. There's no travel fee: billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address, and the drive between your addresses is part of it.

One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew ($165/hour per crew). Already have a rental truck? We also do labor-only loading at the same hourly rate.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Cutler Bay questions

We're moving from Cutler Bay to Kendall. How is that billed?

Hourly, at $165/hour for 2 movers + the van, 2-hour minimum, with the drive between your addresses included in the billed time. You get a written estimate before the move.

My HOA in Lakes by the Bay has move rules. Can you work with them?

Yes. We work 7 days a week, 7 AM–7 PM. Tell us the allowed days and hours and the gate rules when you book.
