What we plan around in Hollywood

The beach. Buildings along the Broadwalk can't be reached from the promenade itself, so the van stops on a side street, a back road or the building's own loading area. Tell us where deliveries go and the carry is part of the hourly time.
A1A condos. Service elevator bookings, move hours and COI requests. A COI naming the association or you as additional insured is $75.
Downtown and Hollywood Lakes. Older apartment buildings, duplexes and houses, often with stairs and street parking. No stair fees; tell us where a van can stop.
West of I-95. Emerald Hills, Hillcrest and the communities further west mix houses, townhomes and gated condo communities. Leave our name with the guard if there is one.
