What we plan around in Wellington

  • Gated communities. Many Wellington neighborhoods have a guard or gate app at the entrance and HOA rules on move days and where a commercial van can park. Leave our name and arrival time with the gate, and tell us what the HOA allows.
  • Equestrian areas. Large properties with long driveways, gates and sometimes an apartment over the barn. Send the gate details and tell us which building the furniture goes into.
  • Seasonal rentals. Winter-season renters often move a few pieces in at the start of the season and out at the end. If you won't be there, someone you trust has to let the crew in.
  • Townhomes and apartments near State Road 7. Two-story townhomes with turning staircases and apartment communities with leasing-office move hours. No stair fees; stairs are part of the hourly time.

Routes from Wellington

Wellington sits west of the coast, so most moves run east on Forest Hill Boulevard or Southern Boulevard to West Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach and the I-95 corridor, or down Florida's Turnpike to Boca Raton, Broward and Miami-Dade. Royal Palm Beach and Loxahatchee are next door. There's no travel fee: billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address, and the drive between your addresses is part of it.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Can you move a few pieces into a seasonal rental for the winter?

Yes. It's a small move, hourly at $165/hour for 2 movers + the van, 2-hour minimum. One or two items alone are a flat rate instead.

Can your van get down a long private driveway?

Usually, yes. Tell us about the gate and the driveway when you book, and send a photo if it's narrow or unpaved. If the van can't get close, we park nearby and plan the carry.

My HOA limits move days. Can you work with that?

Yes. We work 7 days a week, 7 AM–7 PM. Tell us the allowed days and hours when you book and we schedule inside them.

Can you move just one or two pieces?

Yes. One or two items are a flat rate, priced in the chat from photos and both addresses.
