What we plan around in Clearwater

Clearwater Beach, Island Estates and Sand Key. Condo buildings with a service elevator, a loading spot and move hours set by the association. Beach traffic and paid parking fill up on weekends and in spring, so tell us where the van can stop and send the building's move rules.
55+ and manufactured-home communities. Many have an office that wants the move registered, narrow private streets and a carport instead of a driveway. Tell us the community rules and where the van can park; a manufactured home's front steps and doors are measured like any other entry.
Apartments along US 19, Countryside and Gulf-to-Bay. Garden buildings with outside stairs, gate codes and leasing-office hours. Tell us the floor and the gate; there are no stair fees.

Getting around Clearwater

Clearwater moves run on US 19, McMullen-Booth Road, Belcher Road, Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard and Fort Harrison Avenue. The beach is over the Memorial Causeway and Sand Key over the Clearwater Pass bridge; Tampa is across the Courtney Campbell Causeway, and the Bayside Bridge links to Largo and the road south toward St. Petersburg. Dunedin and Safety Harbor are next door. Tell us both addresses so we plan the crossing, and remember that summer afternoon storms are common: we pad and wrap furniture before it leaves the building.

We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only. Yes. Send the association's requirements and we'll prepare the certificate of insurance. You book the elevator and the move window with the building; tell us the time you got.

We're moving into a 55+ community. Do we need to tell the office?

Usually, yes. Many communities want the move registered and have move hours. Check with the office, then send us the rules and the gate details.

Do you do local moves inside Clearwater?

Yes. Our crews are based in South Florida, so ask in the chat for a quote for your addresses and date. There's no minimum: $195 for the first hour for 2 movers + the van, then $165/hour in 30-minute increments.

I only need movers, not a van. Is that cheaper?

It's the same price. The crew still comes in the van, because they need transport and the van carries all the moving equipment: dollies, pads, straps and tools.
