What we plan around in Jacksonville Beach

Oceanfront condos. Elevator reservations, move hours set by the association and certificate of insurance (COI) requests. Send the building's rules; the COI is always available.
Beach cottages and duplexes. Older homes on narrow streets near the ocean, often with an upstairs unit, outside stairs and little room to park. Tell us where the van can stop; there are no stair fees.
Busy beach days. Parking near the ocean fills up on summer weekends and during events. A weekday start often makes loading easier.
Apartments west of Third Street. Complexes off Beach Boulevard and J. Turner Butler Boulevard with gated entries and leasing-office move hours. Tell us the building, the floor and the gate code.

Getting around the Beaches

Jacksonville Beach moves run on Third Street (A1A), Beach Boulevard, J. Turner Butler Boulevard and Atlantic Boulevard, all of which cross the Intracoastal Waterway on the way into Jacksonville. Moving across town to the Southside, San Marco or Riverside is a short local move; tell us both addresses and we'll plan the route. Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach are next door.

We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew. Moving to Jacksonville Beach from Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach? Jacksonville Beach questions

Our duplex is upstairs with outside stairs and street parking. Is that a problem?

No. Tell us the floor and where the van can stop, and send a photo of the stairs. Stairs are part of the hourly time, with no stair fees.

We're moving from the beach to an apartment on the Southside. Is there a minimum?

No. It's hourly: $195 for the first hour for 2 movers + the van, then $165/hour in 30-minute increments.

Do you do local moves at the Beaches, or only moves from South Florida?

Both. Our crews are based in South Florida, so ask in the chat for a quote for your addresses and date.

Do you send a big truck?

No. We don't have any big trucks, vans only. For a bigger move we suggest a second trip or a second crew.
