Small moves in Tampa
Tampa mixes 1920s bungalows in Seminole Heights and Hyde Park, towers Downtown and along Channelside, garden apartments around Westshore and the USF area, and two-story homes in gated New Tampa communities. Two movers and a Sprinter van for the studio, the 1-bedroom, or the few rooms you're moving.

What we plan around in Tampa
- Bungalows in Seminole Heights and South Tampa. Older homes with a front porch, a narrow front door and tight hallways, often on streets lined with oaks. Send a photo of the entry and tell us if a piece has to come apart to get through.
- Towers Downtown, Channelside and Harbour Island. Loading docks, reserved freight elevators and move windows set by the building. Send the building's move rules; a certificate of insurance (COI) is always available.
- Apartments around Westshore, Carrollwood and the USF area. Garden buildings with outside stairs, gate codes and leasing-office move hours. Tell us the floor and the gate; there are no stair fees.
- Davis Islands and Bayshore. Homes and low-rise condos where street parking is tight. Tell us where the van can stop, and whether the driveway is free.
Getting around Tampa
Tampa moves mostly run on I-275, I-4, the Selmon Expressway, Dale Mabry Highway and Kennedy Boulevard. Moving across the bay to St. Petersburg or Clearwater means the Howard Frankland Bridge, the Gandy Bridge or the Courtney Campbell Causeway; tell us both addresses so we plan the crossing. Weekday rush hour on I-275 and I-4 is slow, so a mid-morning start often helps. Summer afternoon storms are common: we pad and wrap furniture before it leaves the building.
We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew. Moving to Tampa from Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach? That's an in-state move: ask in the chat for a quote.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.
Tampa questions
Do you do local moves inside Tampa, or only moves from South Florida?
Both. We move apartments and homes inside Tampa and between Tampa and South Florida. Send both addresses and the date in the chat and we'll quote it.
My building near Channelside needs a COI and an elevator booking. Can you handle that?
Yes. Send the building's requirements and we'll prepare the certificate of insurance. You book the freight elevator and the move window with the building; tell us the time you got.
Is there a minimum for a small move?
No. The first hour is $195 for 2 movers + the van, then $165/hour in 30-minute increments.
Can you move me out of Florida from Tampa?
No. We move only within Florida.
