The beach and the Intracoastal

  • Oceanfront and Intracoastal condos. Service elevator bookings, association move days and hours, and COI requests. Send us management's rules; we send the COI.
  • Garages and side entrances. Moves usually go through a garage or side door, not the front drive. Send the posted garage clearance: our high-roof Sprinter is taller than a car. If it can't get in, we plan a curbside or dock load.
  • Drawbridges. The Atlantic Boulevard and NE 14th Street bridges over the Intracoastal open for boats, so trips to and from the beach side take a little planning. The drive between your addresses is part of the billed time.

West Pompano and older neighborhoods

Palm Aire and the communities west of I-95 are mostly garden-style condos and villas, many of them 55+, with an office that wants to know about moves ahead of time and a gate to check in at. Send us the community's rules and leave our name with the gate.

Older neighborhoods closer to Federal Highway and Dixie Highway mix single-story homes, duplexes and small two-story buildings with outside stairs. No stair fees; tell us where a van can stop.

Seasonal moves and routes

Seasonal residents often need a few pieces moved into storage before they leave, or a unit set up before they arrive. If you won't be there, someone you trust has to let the crew in, and the front desk needs to know we're coming. Moves to Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Coral Springs are short drives, and we go down to Miami-Dade and up to Palm Beach too. There's no travel fee; billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address.
