Small moves in Aventura

Aventura is our home base. Much of the city is condo towers along Country Club Drive, Biscayne Boulevard and the waterfront, plus gated communities with a guard at the entrance. The routine is familiar: elevator booking, COI, guard gate, then the move.

Aventura condos and gates

Association rules. Many towers set move hours, want the service elevator booked and padded, and ask for a COI first. Send us the rules; a COI naming the association or you as additional insured is $75.
Guard gates. Leave our name and the time with the gate or front desk, or give us the visitor pass details, so the crew isn't held at the entrance on your clock.
Williams Island and other private communities. Same idea: tell us the check-in steps and where the van should go.

Moves around Aventura

We do condo-to-condo moves between Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach, partial moves for seasonal residents (a few pieces into storage, or from one unit to another), and moves north across the county line to Hallandale Beach and Hollywood or south down Biscayne Boulevard to North Miami and Brickell.

One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom. Bigger condo moves can use a second crew at the same time ($165/hour per crew; see Capsule moving).

Pricing

2 movers + Sprinter van: $165/hour · Minimum: 2 hours ($330) · After that: 30-minute increments ($82.50 each) · Billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address · No travel fee · No stair fees

Outside 7 AM–7 PM the rate is double ($330/hour, same minimum). One or two items only? That's a flat rate instead, priced in the chat from photos and both addresses. You get a written estimate before the job. See pricing →
