  • Historic cottages. Many homes in College Park, Mango Groves, Parrot Cove and the Old Lucerne area are small 1920s–1940s cottages with narrow front doors, tight hallways and front steps. Send the doorway width and a photo if a big sofa or bed has to get through.
  • Narrow streets and alleys. Some blocks have alleys behind the houses and little curb space out front. Tell us whether the van should stop in front or in the alley; the carry from there is part of the hourly time.
  • Downtown apartments. Second-floor units over shops on Lake and Lucerne Avenues, usually up a staircase with no elevator. No stair fees: stairs are part of the hourly time.
  • Duplexes and garden apartments. Outside stairs, shared parking and small lots near Dixie Highway and Federal Highway. Tell us the unit and the floor.

Routes from Lake Worth Beach
