Villas and coach homes. In the gated communities, many homes are attached villas or two-story coach homes with a shared entry and an inside staircase. Tell us the unit type and the floor; there are no stair fees.
Association rules. Gate lists, approved move hours and, in some communities, a certificate of insurance (COI) for vendors. Send the rules and we'll prepare the COI.
Apartments near FGCU. Complexes along Ben Hill Griffin Parkway and Corkscrew Road with outside stairs and leasing-office move hours, busiest at the start and end of the semester. Tell us the building, the floor and the move window.
New homes east of I-75. Newer neighborhoods off Corkscrew Road where the builder may still be working next door. Tell us about construction traffic and HOA rules for vans.

Getting around Estero

Estero moves run on US 41, Three Oaks Parkway, Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, Corkscrew Road, Estero Parkway, Williams Road and I-75. Corkscrew Road and US 41 are slow at rush hour and on busy shopping weekends, so a mid-morning start often helps. Bonita Springs, Fort Myers and Naples are close; tell us both addresses and we'll plan the route.

We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew. Moving to Estero from Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach? We live in an upstairs coach home. Is there a stair fee?

No. Stairs are part of the hourly time. Tell us the floor and send a photo of the staircase so the estimate gets the time right.

My student is moving out of an apartment near FGCU. Can you move just a few pieces?

Yes. It's hourly, with no minimum: $195 for the first hour for 2 movers + the van, then $165/hour in 30-minute increments. One or two items only is a flat rate, priced in the chat.

Do you do local moves inside Estero, or only moves from South Florida?

Both. Our crews are based in South Florida, so ask in the chat for a quote for your addresses and date.

Do you send a big truck?

No. We don't have any big trucks, vans only. For a bigger move we suggest a second trip or a second crew.
