What we plan around in North Port

The residential grid. Long blocks of single-family homes on larger lots, some with long driveways or unfinished edges. Send a photo of the driveway and where a van can stop; a longer carry is part of the hourly time.
Warm Mineral Springs. Homes around the springs in the southern part of the city, with quieter local streets off US 41. Tell us both addresses so we plan that end of the route.
Wellen Park, on the west side. Newer HOA neighborhoods, fresh pavement and streets that may not be on every map yet. Put the crew on the gate list if there is one and send any association rules; a certificate of insurance (COI) is always available.
Toledo Blade and Sumter boulevards. The main spines to I-75 and US 41, with apartments and commercial frontage in places. Tell us the building, the floor and the move window.

Getting around North Port

North Port moves run on US 41, Sumter Boulevard, Toledo Blade Boulevard, Price Boulevard and I-75 (the Toledo Blade and Sumter exits). Those boulevards and the I-75 ramps are slow at rush hour, so a mid-morning start often helps. Venice is to the west, Sarasota to the north, and Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda to the southeast. We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only.
