Small moves in Winter Springs
Winter Springs is a Seminole County suburb built around Tuskawilla Road and SR 434: family HOA subdivisions, villa and patio-home streets, and townhomes along the main roads between Oviedo and the Lake Mary side. Two movers and a Sprinter van for the house, the villa, or the few rooms you're moving.

What we plan around in Winter Springs
- Tuskawilla Road neighborhoods. Single-family HOA homes, many of them two-story, with driveways and association rules on vans. Send the rules and put the crew on a gate list if there is one.
- SR 434 and Winter Springs Boulevard. Townhomes and apartment buildings with outside stairs and leasing-office hours. Tell us the building, the floor and the move window; there are no stair fees.
- Villa and patio-home streets. Attached homes with shared drives and closer neighbors. Tell us the unit type and where the van can park without blocking a driveway.
- Around Central Winds Park. Residential streets near the park and the city's civic area, with typical suburban curb and driveway access. Send a photo of the front if parking looks tight.
Getting around Winter Springs
Winter Springs moves run on Tuskawilla Road, SR 434, SR 419, Winter Springs Boulevard, SR 417 (Seminole Expressway) and nearby US 17-92. Tuskawilla Road and SR 434 are slow at rush hour, so a mid-morning start often helps. Oviedo is to the east, Winter Park and Casselberry to the southwest, and Sanford and Lake Mary to the north. Tell us both addresses and we'll plan the route.
We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we send 2, 3 or 4 crews with vans (see Capsule moving). Moving to Winter Springs from Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach? That's an in-state move: ask in the chat for a quote.

Winter Springs questions
Our HOA off Tuskawilla Road has move-day rules. Can you work with them?
Yes. Send the rules and put the crew on the gate list if there is one. If the HOA needs a certificate of insurance, send its requirements and we'll prepare it.
We're moving a few rooms from a villa, not the whole house. Is there a minimum?
No. It's hourly: $195 for the first hour for 2 movers + the van, then $165/hour in 30-minute increments, no minimum.
Do you do local moves inside Winter Springs, or only moves from South Florida?
Both. Our crews are based in South Florida, so ask in the chat for a quote for your addresses and date.
Do you send a big truck?
No. We don't have any big trucks, vans only. For a bigger move we send 2, 3 or 4 crews with vans — that's a capsule move.
