What we plan around in Hialeah

Efficiencies in the back. Many Hialeah rentals are an efficiency behind or beside the main house, reached through a side gate or a narrow side yard. Tell us how the crew gets to the door and how wide the gate is; the walk from the van is part of the hourly time.
Driveways full of cars. On many blocks the driveway and the swale are already taken. Ask the owner or a neighbor to leave a spot open near the house on moving day, so the van can stop close to the door.
Garden apartments. Two- and three-story buildings with outside stairs and assigned parking. There's no stair fee: stairs are part of the hourly time. Send the building and unit number and the floor.
Newer complexes in West Hialeah. Leasing offices that set move-in hours, reserve a loading area, and sometimes ask for a certificate of insurance (COI). Ask the office what they need and send it to us.

Routes in and out of Hialeah

The address, how the crew reaches your door (side gate, side yard, back path), and a photo of the biggest pieces. If the gate is narrow, send its width so we know what fits through.

Do you charge for stairs in a two-story apartment building?

No. Stairs are part of the hourly time, with no per-flight fees. Tell us the floor so the estimate gets the hours right.

Can you move me from Hialeah to Kendall or Broward?

Yes, anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. There's no travel fee; the drive between your addresses is billed time, and you get a written estimate first.
