High-rise & condo
Condo moves that follow the building rules
Elevator reservations, loading docks, move-in hours, and insurance certificates are normal in South Florida condos. We plan around them, and our Sprinter vans fit garages and loading areas that box trucks can't.

Questions
How do I get a COI?
Send us your building's certificate requirements (the certificate holder name and address, plus any wording they need) when you book. If the building or you need to be named as additional insured, that COI is $75. COIs are usually ready within 1 business day; send your building's requirements when you book.
What if the elevator reservation is short?
Tell us the window when you book. We'll plan the crew and the order of items around it.
