Small moves in Fort Pierce
Fort Pierce is the older county seat on the Indian River Lagoon: a historic downtown, waterfront streets, the Fort Pierce Inlet, and Hutchinson Island across the causeways. Two movers and a Sprinter van for the downtown apartment, the island condo, or the few rooms you're moving.

What we plan around in Fort Pierce
- Historic downtown and the waterfront. Older homes, upstairs apartments and tight curb space near US 1 and Avenue A, along the Indian River. Tell us where the van can stop closest to the door.
- The inlet and Hutchinson Island. Condos and homes reached by the North Causeway or by Seaway Drive over the south bridge, with association move hours and elevators in some buildings. Send the rules; a certificate of insurance (COI) is always available.
- Older mainland neighborhoods. Single-family houses with front porches, street parking and no elevator. Send a photo of the entry and tell us the floor if the unit is upstairs; there are no stair fees.
- West toward I-95 and the Turnpike. Later neighborhoods and apartment streets off Virginia Avenue and Okeechobee Road (SR 70). Tell us the building, the floor and any gate details.
Getting around Fort Pierce
Fort Pierce moves run on US 1, Virginia Avenue, Okeechobee Road (SR 70), Orange Avenue, I-95, Florida's Turnpike, the North Causeway and Seaway Drive. The causeway bridges to Hutchinson Island can slow down for boat traffic or beach days, so tell us both addresses and we'll plan the crossing. Port St. Lucie is to the south, Vero Beach to the north, and Stuart farther south. Summer afternoon storms are common: we pad and wrap furniture before it leaves the building.
We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we send 2, 3 or 4 crews with vans (see Capsule moving). Moving to Fort Pierce from Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach? That's an in-state move: ask in the chat for a quote.

Fort Pierce questions
Our condo is on Hutchinson Island across the causeway. What do you need?
The building's move rules, the elevator booking if there is one, and where the van can stop. Send the COI requirements and we'll prepare the certificate.
Downtown parking is tight on our street. What happens then?
Tell us where the van can stop closest to your door. A longer carry from the van is part of the hourly time.
Do you do local moves inside Fort Pierce, or only moves from South Florida?
Both. Our crews are based in South Florida, so ask in the chat for a quote for your addresses and date.
Do you send a big truck?
No. We don't have any big trucks, vans only. For a bigger move we send 2, 3 or 4 crews with vans — that's a capsule move.
