What we plan around in Delray Beach

  • Near Atlantic Avenue. Downtown is busy, especially evenings and weekends, and curb space is limited. Morning moves are easier; tell us where a van can stop: a side street, a driveway or a garage.
  • Lake Ida, Seacrest and the older neighborhoods. Single-story homes, duplexes and small two-story buildings with outside stairs. No stair fees: stairs are part of the hourly time.
  • Intracoastal condos. Service elevator bookings, association move rules and COI requests. Send us management's rules and the posted garage clearance: our high-roof Sprinter is taller than a car.
  • West Delray 55+ communities. Garden-style condos and villas along Military Trail, Atlantic Avenue and Linton Boulevard, each with its own gate and office. Leave our name with the guard and send the community's move rules.

Downsizing, and routes out of Delray

A lot of Delray moves are about less space: a house to a villa, a condo to an apartment near family, or a few pieces into storage before the summer. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew ($165/hour per crew).

Delray Beach questions

Our community only allows moves on weekdays. Can you schedule around that?

Yes. We work 7 days a week, 7 AM–7 PM. Tell us the allowed days and hours when you book and we schedule inside them.

Can you move my mother from her house to a condo and put the rest in storage?

Yes. Multiple stops in one move are normal. It's hourly, and the drive between stops is part of the billed time.

Is there a travel fee to Delray Beach?

No. There's no travel fee anywhere we work: billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address.

Can you move just one or two pieces?
