What we plan around in North Miami

Biscayne Boulevard and bayfront condos. Service elevator bookings, association move hours and COI requests. Send us management's rules; we send the COI.
Older apartment buildings. Two- and three-story buildings east and west of I-95 often have outside stairs, small lots and street parking. No stair fees; tell us the floor and where a van can stop.
Biscayne Boulevard curb space. The boulevard is busy, with bus stops and little room to pull over. For buildings right on it, we load from a side street, a driveway or the building's own loading area.
Keystone Point and Sans Souci. Waterfront streets with homes behind gates and long driveways. Leave our name and arrival time if there's a guard or a gate code.

Students, renters and short moves

Leases around the university's Biscayne Bay campus turn over at the start and end of each semester. A dorm or apartment move-out, a few pieces into storage over the summer, or a studio to a 1-bedroom nearby are all hourly small moves. Have boxes packed and taped before the crew arrives, and the 2-hour minimum goes a long way.

Moves often head north to North Miami Beach and Aventura, east over the Broad Causeway to Bay Harbor Islands and the beach, or south down Biscayne to Miami Shores, the Upper East Side and Downtown. There's no travel fee: billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew ($165/hour per crew).

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

North Miami questions

My condo on Biscayne Boulevard needs a COI. Can you send one?

Yes. Send the building's requirements when you book: the certificate holder name and address, and any wording they need. We send the COI before the move.

I'm a student near the bay campus. Can you move a few pieces to storage?

Yes. Storage jobs are hourly, at $165/hour for 2 movers + the van, 2-hour minimum. One or two items alone is a flat rate, priced in the chat.

My building has no elevator. Is there a stair fee?

No. Stairs are part of the hourly time, with no per-flight fees. Tell us the floor so the estimate is right.

Do you move from North Miami to Miami Beach?

Yes, anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. The drive between your addresses is billed time, so a hop over the Broad Causeway takes less of it than a move to Kendall.
