What we plan around in Port St. Lucie
- New homes. Many moves here go into new construction in Tradition and the west side: fresh floors, homes still being built nearby and HOA rules for move-in vans. Tell us about floor protection and the HOA rules.
- Swales and driveways. Many streets have drainage swales instead of curbs. Tell us where the van can park; send a photo if the driveway is short or shared.
- Gated 55+ communities. Guard gates and set hours. Leave our name at the gate.
- Apartments near St. Lucie West and US 1. Garden buildings with outside stairs and leasing-office hours. Tell us the floor; there are no stair fees.

Port St. Lucie questions
We're moving into a new home in Tradition. Can you protect the new floors?
Yes. We bring pads and floor protection. Tell us about any HOA move-in rules and where the van can park.
Do you do local moves inside Port St. Lucie?
Yes. Our crews are based in South Florida, so ask in the chat for a quote for your addresses and date. There's no minimum: $195 for the first hour for 2 movers + the van, then $165/hour in 30-minute increments.
Can you bring a big truck for a whole house?
We don't have any big trucks, vans only. For a whole house we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew.
I only need movers, not a van. Is that cheaper?
It's the same price. The crew still comes in the van, because they need transport and the van carries all the moving equipment: dollies, pads, straps and tools.
