What we plan around in Marathon

Raised (stilt) homes. Living areas up an outside staircase. No stair fees; send a photo of the stairs.
Canal-front streets. Narrow streets and short driveways off the Overseas Highway. Tell us where a van can stop.
Condos and marinas. Building move rules and a certificate of insurance (COI) when asked. Send the rules; we send the COI.
One road in and out. We plan the start time around the drive down US-1 and the bridges.

Getting to Marathon

Marathon is in the Middle Keys, past Islamorada and before the Seven Mile Bridge. It's a longer drive than the Upper Keys, but moves to, from and inside Marathon are at the same standard prices, with no surcharge and no travel fee. See also Islamorada and all of the Florida Keys.

One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew. We move only within Florida.

Pricing

2 movers + Sprinter van: $195 for the first hour · Then $165/hour per crew, billed in 30-minute increments · Billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address · No travel fee · No stair fees

Marathon is part of our regular area, at the same standard prices as Miami: no Keys surcharge and no travel fee. One or two items only? That's a flat rate instead, priced in the chat from photos and both addresses. Either way, you get a written estimate before the job. Early-morning and evening rates are on the pricing page →

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.
