Small moves in Dunedin

Downtown Main Street and the marina. Tight curb space, weekend crowds and older upstairs apartments over storefronts. Tell us where the van can stop closest to the door.
Single-story homes near the Pinellas Trail. Cottages and ranch houses with short driveways, carports and side entries. Send a photo of the front and the driveway.
Causeway-side addresses. Homes and condos toward the Causeway and the water, with association rules at some buildings. Send the rules; a COI is always available.

Getting around Dunedin

Dunedin moves run on Main Street, Skinner Boulevard, Patricia Avenue, SR 580, Alternate US 19, the Dunedin Causeway and nearby Pinellas Trail crossings. Downtown and the Causeway are busiest on weekends and sunny beach days, so a weekday morning start often helps. Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor and Largo are close; tell us both addresses and we'll plan the route.

We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only.
