What you need to send us

  • Store name and pickup address
  • Order or pickup number, and confirmation that it's paid and ready
  • A photo or product link (box sizes help)
  • Delivery address, floor, and elevator or stairs
  • Whether you need assembly

Assembly

We assemble new flat-pack furniture and put back together pieces we took apart for the move: beds, tables, desks, shelving, and dressers. Hardware stays bagged and labeled.

Assembly pricing: included, in your flat-rate quote or in the hourly time.

Pricing

Picking up 1–2 items from a store, warehouse, or Marketplace seller? That's a flat rate: tell the chat what it is (or paste a product link) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses and get your price instantly. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour for 2 movers + a Sprinter van, 2-hour minimum ($330), then 30-minute increments. You get a written estimate before the job. See pricing →

We don't do wall-mounting, electrical, plumbing, or gas hookups, and we don't anchor furniture to walls.

Delivering to a condo or high-rise?

Tell us your building's delivery hours and elevator rules. If management needs a certificate of insurance, we can send one. Naming them as additional insured is $75. See high-rise moves →

Questions

Can you pick up the same day I buy it?

Often, if the store has it ready. Send the order details in the chat and we'll let you know. Never guaranteed.

Do you inspect items at pickup?

We look the piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it, so any issue stays with the store, not with you or us.

Do you take away packaging?

Yes. We take away the boxes and packaging from items we deliver or assemble, at no extra charge.
