What we plan around in Deerfield Beach

  • Beach condos on A1A. Service elevator reservations, association move hours and COI requests. Parking near the pier fills up on weekends, so morning moves are easier. Send us management's rules and where a van can stop.
  • Century Village and other 55+ communities. Large communities in west Deerfield with many buildings, a gate, and association rules for movers. Tell us the building and floor, whether there's an elevator, and what the office needs from us.
  • The Cove and east Deerfield. Single-family homes and small buildings on canal streets with short driveways. Tell us where a van can stop; the carry from there is part of the hourly time.
  • Apartments along Powerline Road and Hillsboro Boulevard. Apartment communities with outside stairs or elevators and leasing-office move hours. No stair fees.

Downsizing, and routes out of Deerfield

Many Deerfield moves are partial: a house to a condo, a few pieces into storage before the summer, or a guest room moved to family nearby. Tell us which pieces go where and we plan the stops in one trip.

Deerfield sits on the Broward–Palm Beach line, so Boca Raton, Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point and Coconut Creek are short drives on I-95, Federal Highway or Hillsboro Boulevard, and we go south to Fort Lauderdale and Miami-Dade too. There's no travel fee: billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew ($165/hour per crew).
