What we plan around in St. Cloud

  • Historic downtown around 13th Street. Older homes and upstairs apartments near 13th Street and New York Avenue, with street parking and porch entries. Tell us where the van can stop closest to the door.
  • East Lake Tohopekaliga. Lakefront houses with longer lots, docks or a walk from the street. Send a photo of the driveway and the path to the door; a longer carry is part of the hourly time.
  • Narcoossee Road. Newer subdivisions toward Lake Nona, with HOA rules and gate lists in some sections. Put the crew on the list if there is one and send the rules; a certificate of insurance (COI) is always available.
  • Canoe Creek Road and the south side. Residential streets heading south of downtown, often single-story homes with driveways. Tell us about the largest pieces and send photos.

Getting around St. Cloud

St. Cloud moves run on US 192, 13th Street, Narcoossee Road, Canoe Creek Road, Vermont Avenue, Michigan Avenue and the nearby access to Florida's Turnpike. US 192 through town and Narcoossee Road are slow at rush hour, so a mid-morning start often helps. Kissimmee is to the west and Lake Nona and Orlando are to the north. Tell us both addresses and we'll plan the route.

We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we send 2, 3 or 4 crews with vans (see Capsule moving).
