What we plan around in Pembroke Pines
- Apartment communities. Leasing offices that set move-out and move-in hours, and sometimes ask for a COI. Send the building number and where a van can park closest to your door; the carry from there is part of the hourly time.
- Townhomes. Bedrooms are usually upstairs, on a staircase that turns. No stair fees; send a photo of the stairs if a big dresser or bed has to come down.
- Guard gates and HOA rules. Leave our name and arrival time with the guard, or send the visitor pass details. Tell us if your HOA limits move days, hours, or where a commercial van can park.
- 55+ condo communities. Garden-style buildings, some with elevators and some with outside stairs, and an office that often wants to know about moves ahead of time. Send us the community's rules.
Downsizing, and routes out of the Pines
Many Pembroke Pines moves are about less space: a house to a townhome or a 55+ condo, a few pieces to family, the rest into storage. Tell us which pieces go where and we plan the stops in one trip. Buying something new for the new place? See furniture delivery in Pembroke Pines.
Pines Boulevard, I-75 and the Turnpike connect the city to Miramar, Weston, Davie and Hollywood, and down to Miami-Dade. There's no travel fee: billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew ($165/hour per crew).
