Simple pricing, in writing before we start
You pay for two movers and a Sprinter van, not for a big truck you don't need. Every job gets a written estimate before moving day.
How pricing works
Two ways, depending on the job.
Flat rate: 1–2 items
Moving or delivering one or two items (a sofa, a dresser, a store or Marketplace pickup) is a flat rate. Text photos of the items plus the pickup and drop-off addresses to 305-610-8004, and we'll quote one price in writing before the job. Tell us about stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.
Hourly: small moves and labor-only
Small moves, labor-only help, and other hourly jobs are $165 per hour for 2 movers and a Sprinter van, with a 2-hour minimum, so the smallest hourly job is $330. After the first 2 hours, time is billed in 30-minute increments, at $82.50 per half hour.
Billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address. There's no travel fee and no charge for the trip back. Stairs, long carries, and elevator waits are part of the hourly time, with no extra fees. Tell us about them anyway, so the estimate gets the hours right.
Hours: Open 7 days a week, 7 AM–7 PM, including weekends and holidays (Dec 31 until 2 PM; closed Jan 1).
Outside 7 AM–7 PM: Work before 7 AM or after 7 PM is billed at double rate: $330/hour for 2 movers + the van, with the same 2-hour minimum and 30-minute increments. Flat-rate jobs done outside those hours are doubled too.
Labor-only means loading or unloading your own truck or container, or moving items inside your home. It's the same rate: even if you don't need the van, the crew arrives in it, and it carries all the equipment (dollies, hand truck, moving blankets, tape, shrink wrap, and tools).

Included on every job

Not included / what we don't move
- Grand and baby grand pianos (we move upright pianos only)
- Large refrigerators
- Appliance hookups (gas or water lines), electrical, or plumbing work
- Hazardous materials (gas cans, propane, paint, chemicals)
- Boxes and packing paper (we can bring them on request, added to your estimate at cost)
- Parking tickets or building fees you're charged by your building
Booking, payment, and cancellations
- Deposit: No deposit. You pay nothing until the work is done.
- Payment: Zelle (preferred), Venmo, Cash App, cash, or credit card (+3% processing fee). Payment is due on the day of the job, right after the work is completed. No prepayment for any job.
- Cancellations: free up to 24 hours before your job. Inside 24 hours: $50 late-cancellation fee. No-shows (no one there, no access, or items not ready after a 30-minute wait) count as a late cancellation.
