Small moves in Naples

Naples moves are often condos: towers along the Gulf in Park Shore, Pelican Bay and Vanderbilt Beach, plus cottages and homes in Old Naples, gated golf communities east of I-75, and bigger lots out in Golden Gate Estates. What we plan around in Naples

  • Gulf-front condos. Association move approval, reserved elevators, set move hours and often a certificate of insurance (COI). Send the association's rules; the COI is always available.
  • Gated golf communities. Guard gates, HOA rules for vans and set hours. Leave our name at the gate and tell us the hours.
  • Seasonal homes. Furniture in and out at the start or end of the season, pieces to a storage unit, or rooms set up before you arrive. Tell us who lets the crew in if you're not there.
  • Old Naples and Golden Gate Estates. Cottages with tight entries near the beach; bigger lots and long driveways in the Estates, some on unpaved roads. Send a photo of the driveway.

Getting around Naples

Naples moves use US 41 (Tamiami Trail), I-75, Immokalee Road, Pine Ridge Road, Golden Gate Parkway, Airport-Pulling Road and Collier Boulevard. In season, US 41 and the east-west roads are busy, so plan the time with us. Marco Island is to the south, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers to the north, and I-75 (Alligator Alley) runs east to Broward.

We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew. Moving between Naples and the east coast? Pricing

2 movers + Sprinter van: $195 for the first hour · Then $165/hour per crew, billed in 30-minute increments · No minimum · No stair fees

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Naples questions

Our condo association needs a COI and set move hours. Can you work with that?

Yes. Send the association's requirements and we'll prepare the certificate of insurance. You reserve the elevator and the time with the association; tell us what you got.

We're only here for the season. Can you move furniture while we're away?

Yes, if someone can let the crew in and sign off. Tell us who that is when you book, and send photos of what's moving.

Do you do local moves inside Naples?

Yes. Our crews are based in South Florida, so ask in the chat for a quote for your addresses and date. There's no minimum: $195 for the first hour for 2 movers + the van, then $165/hour in 30-minute increments.

Do you come with a big truck?

No. We don't have any big trucks, vans only.
