What we plan around in Jupiter

  • Abacoa. Townhomes, apartments above shops and single-family homes on narrow streets with alley garages. Tell us whether the van should stop out front or in the alley; the carry from there is part of the hourly time.
  • Inlet and Intracoastal condos. Service elevator bookings, association move days and COI requests. Send us management's rules and the posted garage clearance.
  • Gated communities. Many neighborhoods off Indiantown Road, Donald Ross Road and Military Trail check in every vehicle. Leave our name and arrival time with the gate.
  • Jupiter Farms. Large lots, long driveways and some unpaved roads. Send the gate code or meet us at the gate, and tell us if the driveway gets soft after rain.

Longer routes to and from Jupiter

Jupiter is at the north end of the area we cover, so many moves here are long ones: down I-95 or the Turnpike to Broward or Miami-Dade. There's no travel fee: billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address, and the drive between your addresses is part of it. Long routes start early in the day, because anything outside 7 AM–7 PM is billed at double rate.

Closer to home, moves to Tequesta, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno Beach and West Palm Beach are short drives. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew ($165/hour per crew).

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Jupiter questions

We're moving from Jupiter to Fort Lauderdale. How is that billed?

Hourly, at $165/hour for 2 movers + the van, with the drive between your addresses included in the billed time. There's no travel fee, and you get a written estimate before the move.

Can your van get down an unpaved road in Jupiter Farms?

Usually, yes. Tell us about the road and the driveway when you book, and send a photo if it's soft or narrow. If the van can't get close, we park nearby and plan the carry.

My condo near the Inlet needs a COI. Can you send one?

Yes. A COI is always available. If the building or you must be named as additional insured, it's $75.

Can you move just one or two pieces?

Yes. One or two items are a flat rate, priced in the chat from photos and both addresses.
