What we plan around in St. Petersburg
- Alleys behind the house. Many older blocks have an alley, and some homes have a garage apartment out back. Tell us if the van should load from the alley or the street.
- Bungalows on brick streets. Old Northeast and nearby neighborhoods: porches, narrow doors and street parking. Send a photo of the entry.
- Downtown waterfront condos. Loading docks, reserved elevators and move windows. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available.
- Low streets near the water. Some streets near Tampa Bay and the canals can take on water during very high tides or after heavy rain. If yours does, tell us and we'll plan the time with you.
Getting around St. Petersburg
St. Pete moves use I-275, I-175 and I-375 into downtown, US 19, 4th Street and 34th Street, and Central Avenue. Tampa is across the bay by the Gandy Bridge or the Howard Frankland, the Gulf beaches are over the causeways, and the Sunshine Skyway runs south toward Bradenton and Sarasota. Clearwater and Largo are to the north.
We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew. Moving to St. Pete from South Florida? That's an in-state move: ask in the chat for a quote.

St. Petersburg questions
Our house is on an alley. Can you load from the back?
Usually, yes. Tell us whether the alley is paved and wide enough for a van, and send a photo. If not, we load from the street.
Can you move me from downtown St. Pete to Tampa?
Yes. Send both addresses, the floors and a few photos. It's hourly: $195 for the first hour for 2 movers + the van, then $165/hour in 30-minute increments.
Do you do local moves inside St. Petersburg?
Yes. Our crews are based in South Florida, so ask in the chat for a quote for your addresses and date.
I only need movers, not a van. Is that cheaper?
It's the same price. The crew still comes in the van, because they need transport and the van carries all the moving equipment: dollies, pads, straps and tools.
