Small moves in Orlando
Orlando is apartment complexes along Alafaya Trail and in MetroWest, townhomes with rear garages in Baldwin Park, older homes on brick streets around Lake Eola and College Park, and new communities out in Lake Nona. Two movers and a Sprinter van for an apartment, a townhome, or a few rooms.

What we plan around in Orlando
- Big apartment communities. Near UCF, in MetroWest and along the main corridors: gated entries, several buildings, outside stairs and leasing-office move hours. Tell us the building number, the floor and the gate code.
- Townhomes with alley garages. In Baldwin Park and newer communities, many townhomes load from a rear alley, with a turning staircase inside. Tell us which side the van should use.
- Older homes near downtown. Around Lake Eola, Thornton Park and College Park: bungalows and older two-story homes, some on brick streets, with tight entries and street parking. Send a photo of the front.
- New-construction communities. In Lake Nona and the newer east and southwest areas: homes still being built next door, construction traffic and HOA rules for move-in vans. Tell us about any HOA rules.
Getting around Orlando
Most Orlando moves use I-4, the 408 (East-West Expressway), the 417, the 429, Colonial Drive and Orange Blossom Trail. I-4 through downtown and the tourist corridor around International Drive gets heavy, so plan the time with us. Winter Park, Kissimmee and Sanford are part of the same metro; tell us both addresses.
We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew. Moving to Orlando from Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach? That's an in-state move: ask in the chat for a quote.
Pricing
2 movers + Sprinter van: $195 for the first hour · Then $165/hour per crew, billed in 30-minute increments · No minimum · No stair fees
Our crews are based in South Florida. For a move inside Orlando, ask in the chat for a quote: send both addresses, the date and a few photos, and you'll know how the job is priced before you book. One or two items only? That's a flat rate instead, priced in the chat from photos and both addresses. Early-morning and evening rates are on the pricing page →
A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.
