What we plan around in Cape Coral

  • The full address, quadrant included. Cape Coral streets are numbered in four quadrants (NE, NW, SE and SW), so the same street number can exist in more than one part of the city. Send the full address with the quadrant and the ZIP code.
  • Canal homes, pool cages and lanais. Patio furniture and outdoor pieces often go out through the screen door of the pool cage. Tell us what's on the lanai and whether it's moving too.
  • New builds in the north Cape. New floors and fresh paint, sometimes with an empty lot next door and a driveway that's still settling. We bring pads and floor protection; tell us where the van can park.
  • Condos and apartments near Cape Coral Parkway and Del Prado. Elevators, outside stairs and association move rules. Send the rules; there are no stair fees, and a certificate of insurance (COI) is always available.

Getting around Cape Coral

Cape Coral moves run on Cape Coral Parkway, Del Prado Boulevard, Santa Barbara Boulevard, Chiquita Boulevard, Pine Island Road and Veterans Parkway. The city sits across the Caloosahatchee from Fort Myers: the Cape Coral Bridge and the Midpoint Bridge are the two direct crossings, and moves to North Fort Myers go out by Pine Island Road or Del Prado. Distances inside the city are long because of the canals, so tell us both addresses and we'll plan the route. Summer afternoon storms are common: we pad and wrap furniture before it leaves the house.

We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew. Moving to Cape Coral from Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach? That's an in-state move: ask in the chat for a quote.

Cape Coral questions

Why do you ask for the quadrant in my address?

Because Cape Coral streets repeat across NE, NW, SE and SW. The full address with the quadrant and ZIP code sends the crew to the right house.

Can you move our patio furniture from the lanai?

Yes. Tell us which pieces are going and whether they fit through the pool-cage door, and we'll pad them like the rest.

Do you do local moves inside Cape Coral, or between Cape Coral and Fort Myers?

Both. Our crews are based in South Florida, so ask in the chat for a quote for your addresses and date. There's no minimum: $195 for the first hour for 2 movers + the van, then $165/hour in 30-minute increments.

Can you bring a big truck for a whole house?

We don't have any big trucks, vans only. For a whole house we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew.
