What we plan around in Miramar

  • East Miramar. Older single-story homes, duplexes and small apartment buildings near State Road 7 and Hallandale Beach Boulevard, often with street parking only. Tell us where a van can stop; a longer carry is part of the hourly time.
  • Apartment communities. Many buildings, outside stairs or elevators, and a leasing office that sets move hours and may ask for a COI. Send the building number and the office's rules.
  • West Miramar townhomes and gated communities. Neighborhoods off Miramar Parkway, Pembroke Road and Bass Creek Road with a guard or gate app at the entrance and HOA rules on move days and van parking. Leave our name with the gate and tell us what the HOA allows.
  • Two-story townhomes. Bedrooms upstairs on a staircase that turns. No stair fees; send a photo of the stairs if a big dresser or bed has to come down.

Routes from Miramar

Miramar sits on the Broward–Miami-Dade line, so many moves cross it: south to Miami Gardens, Hialeah and Doral, east to Hollywood and Hallandale Beach, or north to Pembroke Pines, Weston and Davie. I-75, Florida's Turnpike and I-95 are all close. There's no travel fee: billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address, and the drive between your addresses is part of it.

One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom; for more, we'll suggest a second trip or a second crew ($165/hour per crew). Already have a rental truck? We also do labor-only loading at the same hourly rate.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Miramar questions

Can you move me from Miramar to Miami-Dade?

Yes, anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. There's no travel fee; the drive between your addresses is billed time, and you get a written estimate first.

My HOA only allows moves on certain days. Is that a problem?

No. We work 7 days a week, 7 AM–7 PM. Tell us the allowed days and hours when you book and we schedule inside them.

Do you charge for stairs in a townhome?

No. Stairs are part of the hourly time, with no per-flight fees.

Can you move just one or two pieces?

Yes. One or two items are a flat rate, priced in the chat from photos and both addresses.
