Condo moves in Hallandale

Association rules. Many condos set move days and hours, want the service elevator booked and padded, and ask for a COI and an application before anyone moves in. Send us the rules; a COI naming the association or you as additional insured is $75.
Three Islands and A1A. Larger buildings with guard desks, garages and side docks. Tell the desk we're coming and send the garage clearance: our high-roof van is taller than a car.
Older low-rise buildings. Two- and three-story buildings with outside stairs and small lots. No stair fees; tell us where a van can stop.

Downsizing and seasonal moves

A lot of Hallandale moves are about less, not more: a house to a condo, a 2-bedroom to a 1-bedroom, a few pieces to family, or furniture into storage for the off-season. Tell us which pieces go where and we'll plan the stops in one trip. Moves to Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Hollywood and Pembroke Pines are short drives; there's no travel fee and the drive between addresses is part of the billed time.

Hallandale Beach questions

My condo only allows moves on certain days. Can you schedule around that?

Yes. We work 7 days a week, 7 AM–7 PM. Tell us the allowed days and hours when you book.

Can you take some pieces to my daughter's place and the rest to storage?

Yes. Multiple stops in one move are normal. It's hourly, and the drive between stops is part of the billed time.

Do you charge for stairs in older buildings?

No. Stairs are part of the hourly time, with no per-flight fees.

Is there a travel fee to Hallandale Beach?

No. There's no travel fee anywhere we work: billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address.
