What we collect

• What you enter in our forms: name, phone number, email (if given), contact preference, and job details (addresses, items, floors and access, dates, notes, and photos you upload).
• What you send us in the website chat, by phone, or by email, including photos, videos, and voice messages.
• What you share with our AI quote assistant (chat): photos, addresses, items, dates, and contact details, used to give you a quote, book your job, and follow up. The chat runs on xAI (Grok), with Cloudflare Workers AI as a backup. Chat transcripts are kept with your customer record.
• Your customer record: we keep one record per customer, identified by your phone number. It links your quote requests, chat transcripts, bookings, contracts, invoices, and payments, so we can recognize you next time, prefill your saved addresses, and keep the business records required by law. When you come back to the chat, we ask you to confirm a detail (like your name or a past address) before using your history.
• Basic website data: pages visited, referring site, and campaign tags (UTM), used to understand how people find us. We don't use Google Analytics or advertising cookies. We record campaign (UTM) tags with form submissions, use Cloudflare's security features to block spam, and store your chat language and session in your browser.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your estimate, schedule and perform your job, send job updates, take payment, and follow up afterward. We also use it to keep business records required by law.

Who we share it with

• The crew assigned to your job, so they can do it.
• Service providers that help us run the website, forms, chat, scheduling, and payments, only for those purposes: Cloudflare (website hosting, database, file storage, spam protection, and backup AI), xAI (chat assistant), Google Workspace (email), Square (card payments), our phone provider, and an email-notification provider if we turn one on.
• Authorities, when required by law.

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

We don't send text messages. Quotes, booking confirmations, scheduling, and job updates come to you in your private chat on our website, and by email if you give us one. We may call the number you give us about your job. If you received texts from us before, reply STOP to stop them, or tell us in the chat.

Mobile phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

Chat transcripts are kept with your customer record. Your customer record, quote requests, and job records are kept until you ask us to delete them, except records we must keep by law (for example, signed moving contracts and invoices). To request deletion of your chat transcripts or customer record, email [email protected]. Signed moving contracts, estimates, and invoices are kept for 5 years after the job, then deleted.

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13.
