How it works

Send the listing photo or link in the chat, with measurements if you have them.
Tell us the seller's address and when they're home, and your address and floor.
Pay the seller yourself before we arrive. We don't collect money for anyone.
Someone needs to be at both ends: the seller at pickup, and you or someone you trust at drop-off.
We look the piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what it is (a photo or listing link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Bigger jobs are hourly: $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), 2-hour minimum. See pricing →

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Marketplace pickup questions

Is a Marketplace pickup hourly?

No. One or two items are a flat rate with no 2-hour minimum. You get one price in writing in the chat.

Can you pick up while I'm at work?

Yes, as long as the seller is there at pickup and someone you trust is there at drop-off.

Can you check the item before you load it?

Yes. We look it over at pickup and tell you what we see before it goes in the van.
