What we plan around in Doral

Apartment communities. Many have a leasing office that sets move-in hours, reserves the elevator or loading area, and sometimes asks for a COI. Ask the office and send us what they say. A COI naming the property or you as additional insured is $75.
Townhome and gated communities. Leave our name with the guard or send the visitor pass details, and tell us if the HOA limits where a van can park.
Warehouse traffic. Doral is full of trucks heading to warehouses and the airport, especially on weekday mornings and afternoons. We plan the route around the busy roads and the Palmetto Expressway.

Warehouse and store pickups on the way

Doral has many furniture warehouses and will-call counters. If you're moving and also picking up something new, add it to the same job: the stop is part of the hourly time, and the crew brings it to the new place with everything else. Send the order details and pickup hours ahead of time.

Moves out of Doral often head to Kendall, Miami Lakes, Hialeah or downtown Miami, or up to Broward. There's no travel fee; the drive between your addresses is part of the billed time.
