What we plan around in Sarasota

  • Condos with association rules. Downtown and on the keys: move approval, reserved elevators, set hours and a certificate of insurance (COI). Send the rules; the COI is always available.
  • Villas and 55+ communities. Single-story villas with a shared wall, guest parking and gate lists. Leave our name at the gate.
  • The keys and the drawbridges. Siesta Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key are reached by bridges, and the Siesta Key bridges open for boats. Tell us both addresses and we'll plan the time.
  • Season. Winter brings more traffic on US 41 and to the keys, and seasonal owners moving furniture in or out. Tell us who lets the crew in if you're away.

Getting around Sarasota

Sarasota moves use US 41 (Tamiami Trail), I-75, US 301, Fruitville Road, Bee Ridge Road, Clark Road and University Parkway. Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch are to the north and east, Venice to the south, and St. Petersburg and Tampa are north across the Sunshine Skyway or up I-75.
