Marketplace and seller pickups around Miami
Found it online? Send us the item photo (measurements help), the pickup address, and when the seller is available. We pick it up, wrap it in moving pads, and bring it to your place.
- Settle payment with the seller yourself before we arrive.
- Someone needs to be at both ends: the seller at pickup, and you or someone you trust at drop-off.
- We look the piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it.
Getting it into a Miami building
Many Miami condos want even a single sofa to come up the service elevator, during delivery hours, with a COI on file. Ask the front desk before you book and send us what they say. A COI naming the building as additional insured is $75.
Walk-ups in Little Havana, Allapattah or the Upper East Side are fine too: just tell us the floor and whether the stairs turn, so the price covers it. Sectionals and big sofas: send the doorway or elevator measurements if they're tight. If we think it won't fit, we'll tell you before we come.
What counts as a one-item move
Sofas and sectionals, mattresses and bed frames, dressers, dining tables, desks, TVs and media consoles. Also washers, dryers, and compact or standard (not oversized) refrigerators, as long as they're unplugged, emptied and disconnected before we arrive: we don't do hookups. Two pieces still count. Three or more, or a whole room, is usually a small move.
Pricing
1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.
Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour for 2 movers + a Sprinter van, 2-hour minimum ($330). Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. See pricing →
Miami questions
Is a single-item move in Miami hourly?
No. One or two items are a flat rate, with no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving and both addresses and you get one price in writing.
Can you pick up from a seller while I'm at work?
Yes, as long as someone is there at both ends: the seller at pickup, and someone you trust at drop-off. Pay the seller yourself before we arrive.
Will a sectional fit in my building's elevator?
Send the sectional's measurements and the elevator door and cab size if you have them. If it won't fit, we'll tell you before we come.
Do you move appliances?
Washers, dryers, and compact or standard refrigerators, unplugged, emptied and disconnected before we arrive. We don't move large refrigerators and we don't do gas, water or electrical hookups.
