One-item moves in Hollywood, FL
A couch from a seller in Miramar to a condo on Hollywood Beach. A dresser from a duplex in Hollywood Lakes to a house in Emerald Hills. A desk from downtown by Young Circle to a parent's condo west of I-95. One flat price for the piece and both addresses, not an hourly move.

Seller pickups around Hollywood
Bought something from a private seller in Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Dania Beach or Hallandale Beach? Send the item photo (measurements help), the pickup address and when the seller is home. We pick it up, wrap it in pads, and bring it to you.
- Pay the seller yourself before we arrive.
- Someone has to be at both ends: the seller at pickup, and you or someone you trust at drop-off.
- We look the piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it.
Hollywood buildings
On the beach side, condos on A1A and along the Broadwalk usually want even one piece to come in through their own delivery entrance and up the service elevator, inside set hours. Ask the front desk and send us what they say; a COI naming the building as additional insured is $75.
In Hollywood Lakes and downtown, many buildings are older duplexes and two-story walk-ups with outside stairs. That's fine: tell us the floor and send a photo of the stairs so the price covers it. In the gated condo communities west of I-95, leave our name with the guard.
What counts as a one-item move
Sofas and sectionals, mattresses and bed frames, dressers, dining tables, desks, TVs and media consoles. Also washers, dryers, and compact or standard (not oversized) refrigerators, unplugged, emptied and disconnected before we arrive: we don't do hookups. Two pieces still count. Three or more, or a whole room, is usually a small move.
Pricing
1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.
Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.
