One-item moves in Homestead

A sofa from a Marketplace seller in Kendall to your townhome in Keys Gate. A dresser from Florida City to a new place in Cutler Bay. A washer from a store on US-1. One flat price for the piece and both addresses, not an hourly move.

Marketplace and seller pickups for Homestead

Found it online? Send us the item photo (measurements help), the pickup address, and when the seller is available. We pick it up, wrap it in moving pads, and bring it down to Homestead, Florida City or the Redland.

Settle payment with the seller yourself before we arrive.
Someone needs to be at both ends: the seller at pickup, and you or someone you trust at drop-off.
We look the piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it.

Hablamos español. Prefer Spanish? Write to us in Spanish in the chat or call 305-610-8004, and we'll help you in Spanish.

What counts as a one-item move

Sofas and sectionals, mattresses and bed frames, dressers, dining tables, desks, TVs and media consoles. Also washers, dryers, and compact or standard (not oversized) refrigerators, as long as they're unplugged, emptied and disconnected before we arrive: we don't do hookups. Two pieces still count. Three or more, or a whole room, is usually a small move.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Homestead questions

Is a single-item move in Homestead hourly?

No. One or two items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving and both addresses and you get one price in writing.

Is there an extra fee because Homestead is far south?

Can you pick up from a seller while I'm at work?

Yes, as long as someone is there at both ends. Pay the seller yourself before we arrive.

Can I talk to you in Spanish?

Yes. Write to us in Spanish in the chat or call 305-610-8004.
