A recliner from a seller in Lighthouse Point to a condo near the Pompano pier. A dresser from a canal home east of Federal Highway to a family member's apartment in Coconut Creek. A sofa into a Palm Aire condo on the second floor. One flat price for the piece and both addresses, not an hourly move.

One piece, Pompano Beach buildings
- Beach and Intracoastal condos. Even a single sofa usually goes up the service elevator inside management's hours, and some buildings want a COI first. Send their rules when you ask for the price.
- Palm Aire and the western condo communities. Low-rise and mid-rise buildings with a gate, an elevator or outside stairs. Tell us the building, the floor and how the gate works.
- Canal homes east of Federal Highway. Single-story houses where a piece may be coming off a back patio by the water. Tell us the path to the driveway.
Seller pickups to and from Pompano Beach
Found it from a seller in Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Margate or Fort Lauderdale? Send the item photo with measurements, the pickup address and when the seller is home. The drive on Atlantic Boulevard, Copans Road, Federal Highway or I-95 is already part of the flat price.
- Pay the seller yourself before we arrive.
- Someone has to be at both ends: the seller at pickup, and you or someone you trust at drop-off.
- We look the piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it.
What counts as a one-item move
Sofas, recliners, mattresses and bed frames, dressers, dining tables, desks, TVs and media consoles. Also washers, dryers, and compact or standard (not oversized) refrigerators, unplugged, emptied and disconnected before we arrive: we don't do hookups. Two pieces still count. Three or more, or a whole room, is usually a small move.
Pricing
1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.
Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.
