How a Miami pickup works

Send us the listing. A photo or the listing link, the measurements if you have them, the seller's address and when they're home.
Pay the seller yourself. Settle payment with the seller before we arrive. We don't collect or carry money for you.
Someone at both ends. The seller at pickup, and you or someone you trust at drop-off.
We look it over. At pickup we check the piece and point out visible damage before it goes in the van.

Miami buildings and parking

Many Miami condos want even one sofa to come up the service elevator during delivery hours. Ask the front desk before you book and send us what they say. Walk-ups in Little Havana or Allapattah are fine too: tell us the floor and whether the stairs turn, so the price covers it.

Tight doorway or a big sectional? Send the doorway and elevator measurements. If we think it won't fit, we'll tell you before we come.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), 2-hour minimum. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. See pricing →

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Can you pick up while I'm at work?

Yes, as long as the seller is there at pickup and someone you trust is there at drop-off. Pay the seller yourself before we arrive.

What if the piece doesn't look like the photos?

We check it at pickup and send you what we see before we load it. If you decide not to take it, tell us right there.
