One-item moves in Doral

A sofa from your Downtown Doral apartment to a relative's house in Hialeah. A dresser from a seller in Kendall to a townhome off NW 107th Avenue. A washer from one Doral home to the next. One flat price for the piece and both addresses, not an hourly move.

One piece between homes

This page is for pieces you already own or bought from a private seller. Buying from a Doral showroom or warehouse instead? See furniture delivery in Doral.

  • Townhomes. Two-story townhomes with turning staircases are common in Doral. Tell us the floor and send a photo of the stairs; stairs in the request are in the flat price.
  • Downtown Doral mid-rises. Even one sofa often has to go up the service elevator inside management's delivery hours. Send us their rules; a COI is always available.
  • Gated communities. Leave our name and arrival time with the guard, or send the visitor pass details, so the crew isn't held at the gate.

Seller pickups to and from Doral

Found it from a seller in Kendall, Hialeah, Miami Lakes or Westchester? Send the item photo with measurements, the pickup address and when the seller is home. The drive on the Palmetto, NW 25th Street or NW 36th Street is already part of the flat price.

  • Pay the seller yourself before we arrive.
  • Someone has to be at both ends: the seller at pickup, and you or someone you trust at drop-off.
  • We look the piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it.

What counts as a one-item move

Sofas, mattresses and bed frames, dressers, dining tables, desks, TVs and media consoles. Also washers, dryers, and compact or standard (not oversized) refrigerators, unplugged, emptied and disconnected before we arrive: we don't do hookups. Two pieces still count. Three or more, or a whole room, is usually a small move.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Doral questions

How much is it to move one couch in Doral?

It's a flat rate, not hourly. Send the couch photo and both addresses in the chat and you get one price in writing.

Can you move a washer from my old townhome to my new one?

Yes. Unplug it, drain the hoses and disconnect it before we arrive; we move it and set it in place. We don't do hookups.

Can you bring a bed down from the second floor of my townhome?

Yes. Tell us about the stairs and whether the frame has to come apart when you ask for the price, so both are included.

Can I talk to you in Spanish?

Yes. Write to us in Spanish in the chat or call 305-610-8004.
