What we move

Washers and dryers, stackable units, dishwashers that are already disconnected.
Compact and standard refrigerators and freezers (not oversized built-ins).
Stoves and ranges that are already disconnected.

We don't do hookups. Appliances must be unplugged, emptied and disconnected from water and gas before we arrive. At the new place we set them in position; a plumber or installer handles the connections.

Before we arrive

Defrost and dry a refrigerator a day ahead; tape the doors shut or let us strap them.
Drain the washer hoses.
Measure doorways and the spot it's going into, and send the numbers with a photo.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), 2-hour minimum. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. See pricing →

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Miami questions

Do you install or connect appliances?

No. We move and place them. Connections to water, gas or a dryer vent are for a plumber or installer.

Is appliance delivery hourly?

One or two appliances are a flat rate with no 2-hour minimum. A whole kitchen's worth, or appliances plus furniture, is usually hourly at $165/hour per crew.

Can you bring a fridge up stairs?

Yes. Tell us the floor and send a photo of the stairs so the price covers it.
