Brickell is towers, and towers run on rules: elevator reservations, move hours, COIs, loading docks tucked inside garages. We plan around them with two movers and a Sprinter van that goes where a box truck can't.

How Brickell buildings work

Service elevator windows. Many towers ask you to book the service elevator for a set window. Tell us the window and we plan the crew and the order of items around it.
COI requests. Management usually wants a certificate of insurance before the move. Send the certificate holder name and address and any wording they need. Naming the building or you as additional insured is $75.
Docks inside garages. Loading areas are often reached through the parking garage. Our high-roof Sprinter is taller than a car, so send us the posted clearance. If it can't get in, we plan a curbside load instead.
Long carries. Dock to service elevator to the far end of the hallway, with furniture padded for elevators and corridors. It's all part of the hourly time.

Brickell Key

Brickell Key has one bridge in and out and buildings with their own security and delivery check-in. Let the front desk know we're coming, with the time and the crew's names if they ask for them, so we aren't waiting at the gate on your clock.

Pricing

2 movers + Sprinter van: $165/hour · Minimum: 2 hours ($330) · After that: 30-minute increments ($82.50 each) · Billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address · No travel fee · No stair fees

Outside 7 AM–7 PM the rate is double ($330/hour, same minimum). One or two items only? That's a flat rate instead, priced in the chat from photos and both addresses. You get a written estimate before the job. See pricing →

Brickell questions

My building only allows moves at set hours. Can you work with that?

Yes. We work 7 days a week, 7 AM–7 PM, including weekends and holidays. Tell us the window when you book. If the building only allows moves before 7 AM or after 7 PM, that time is billed at double rate ($330/hour).

What do you need for the COI?

Your building's requirements: the certificate holder name and address, plus any wording they want. If the building or you must be named as additional insured, that COI is $75. Send the requirements when you book.

Will your van fit in our garage?

Send the posted clearance height. If our high-roof van can't get in, we load from the curb or the street-level dock and plan the carry.

Does the building charge its own move fee?

Some do. Building fees and deposits are between you and the building; we don't add or collect them.
