Getting a van down Grove streets

Narrow, shaded streets. Many Grove streets are narrow and winding, with low branches and little curb space. Our high-roof Sprinter is taller than a car, so tell us where it can stop: a driveway, a side street, or a spot in front of the gate. A longer carry from the curb is part of the job.
Center Grove. Around Grand Avenue, Main Highway and the shops, parking is tight and metered. Townhouses and small buildings here often have stairs and tight turns; send a photo if a big piece has to get through.
South Bayshore Drive towers. Service elevator bookings, delivery hours and COI requests. A COI naming the building or you as additional insured is $75.

Pickups for the Grove

Showrooms in the Design District and Wynwood, warehouses near the airport and in Doral, flat-pack retailers, storage units and private sellers in Coral Gables, Brickell or anywhere else. Send us:

We look each piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it, so any issue stays with the store.

Assembly

We assemble new flat-pack furniture and put back together anything we took apart: beds, tables, desks, shelving, dressers. Hardware stays bagged and labeled, and we take the boxes and packaging away at no extra charge. We don't do wall-mounting, electrical, plumbing or gas hookups, and we don't anchor furniture to walls.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour for 2 movers + a Sprinter van, 2-hour minimum ($330). Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. See pricing →

Can your van get down my street in the Grove?

Tell us the street and where a van could stop. If low branches or a tight turn keep it out, we park nearby and plan the carry; it's part of the job.

My condo on South Bayshore Drive needs a COI. Can you send one?

Yes. Send the building's requirements when you book. If the building or you must be named as additional insured, that COI is $75.

Is assembly included?

Assembly you mention up front is included in the price. Extra work you didn't book is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it.

Can you pick up from a Design District showroom the same day?

Often, if the store has it ready. Send the order details in the chat and we'll let you know. Never guaranteed.
