Pickups for Coral Gables

Showrooms and design shops in downtown Gables and the Design District, warehouses and will-call counters in Doral and Medley, flat-pack retailers, storage units and private sellers. Send us:

  • The store name and pickup address
  • The order or pickup number, and confirmation that it's paid and ready
  • A photo or product link (box sizes help)
  • The delivery address, the floor, and elevator or stairs
  • Whether you need assembly

We look each piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it, so any issue stays with the store.

Delivering into Coral Gables homes

  • Older homes. Arched doorways, narrow halls and staircases that turn, often with tile floors. Send the door width and a photo of the stairs; if we think a piece won't fit, we'll tell you before we come.
  • Downtown and Ponce de Leon condos. Service elevator bookings, delivery hours and COI requests. Ask management and send us their rules.
  • Gated communities near the bay. Leave our name and arrival time with the guard, or send the visitor pass details.
  • Residential streets. Coral Gables has its own rules for commercial vehicles on residential streets. Tell us where a van can stop, and we keep the stop short.

Assembly

We assemble new flat-pack furniture and put back together anything we took apart: beds, tables, desks, shelving, dressers. Hardware stays bagged and labeled, and we take the boxes and packaging away at no extra charge. We don't do wall-mounting, electrical, plumbing or gas hookups, and we don't anchor furniture to walls.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Coral Gables questions

My house has an arched front door. Will a sofa fit?

Send the sofa's measurements and the door's width and height at the narrowest point. If it won't fit, we'll tell you before we come, not on the day.

Can you deliver to a condo on Ponce de Leon Boulevard?

Yes. Send the building's delivery hours and elevator rules. A COI is always available; adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Is assembly included?

Assembly you mention up front is included in the price. Extra work you didn't book is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it.
