Pickups around Kendall

Furniture stores along US-1 and Kendall Drive, warehouses and will-call counters in Doral and Medley, flat-pack retailers, storage units and private sellers across West Kendall. Send us:

  • The store name and pickup address
  • The order or pickup number, and confirmation that it's paid and ready
  • A photo or product link (box sizes help)
  • The delivery address, the building and unit number, and elevator or stairs
  • Whether you need assembly

We look each piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it, so any issue stays with the store.

Delivering into Kendall homes

  • Dadeland apartments. Mid-rise and high-rise buildings near the Metrorail with a loading area, a service elevator and leasing-office delivery hours. Some ask for a COI; it's always available.
  • Townhomes. Two-story townhomes with turning staircases in Kendale Lakes, West Kendall and around The Hammocks. No stair fees: send the stair photo so the price covers it.
  • Garden apartment complexes. Many buildings and outside stairs. Send the building number and where a van can stop near your door.
  • Gated communities. Leave our name and arrival time with the guard, or send the visitor pass details.

Assembly

We assemble new flat-pack furniture and put back together anything we took apart: beds and bunk beds, tables, desks, bookcases, dressers. Hardware stays bagged and labeled, and we take the boxes and packaging away at no extra charge. We don't do wall-mounting, electrical, plumbing or gas hookups, and we don't anchor furniture to walls.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Kendall questions

Can you put together a bunk bed in a second-floor bedroom?

Yes. Mention the assembly and the stairs when you ask for the price, so both are included. We take the boxes away.

My complex has many buildings. What should I send?

The building and unit number, the floor, and where a van can park closest to your door. If the leasing office has delivery rules, send those too.

Can you pick up from a Doral warehouse and bring it to Kendall?

Yes. Send the pickup hours and whose name is on the order. Both addresses go into the flat price.
