Warehouse and showroom pickups in Doral

Many Doral warehouses release orders only at a will-call window, at set hours, sometimes with the buyer's name on a pickup authorization. Check with the store and send us:

  • The store name and pickup address
  • The order or pickup number, and confirmation that it's paid and ready
  • The pickup hours and whose name is on the order
  • A photo or product link (box sizes help)
  • The delivery address, the floor, and elevator or stairs

Boxed furniture is checked at the counter where we can; we point out visible damage before we load it, so any issue stays with the store.

Delivering into Doral homes

  • Downtown Doral and the mid-rises. Newer apartment and condo buildings with a loading area, a service elevator and management delivery hours. Ask the office and send us their rules.
  • Gated communities. Doral Isles, Doral Park and other gated neighborhoods want the crew announced at the gate. Leave our name, or send the visitor pass details.
  • Townhomes. Two-story townhomes with turning staircases are normal here. No stair fees: send the stair photo so the price covers it.
  • Truck traffic. Weekday mornings and afternoons are busy around NW 25th Street, NW 36th Street and the Palmetto. The flat price already covers the drive.

Assembly

We assemble new flat-pack furniture and put back together anything we took apart: beds, tables, desks, shelving, dressers. Hardware stays bagged and labeled, and we take the boxes and packaging away at no extra charge. We don't do wall-mounting, electrical, plumbing or gas hookups, and we don't anchor furniture to walls.

Picked it up in Doral but it's going to Kendall, Miami Beach, Brickell or Broward? Same crew, same van; both addresses go into the price. Furnishing a whole apartment from one warehouse is usually hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew, in 30-minute increments. Moving your own furniture? See small moves in Doral.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Doral questions

The warehouse only releases orders at a pickup window. Can you work with that?

Yes. Send the pickup hours and whose name is on the order when you book, and we schedule the pickup inside that window.

Can you pick up from two Doral stores in one trip?

Often, yes. Send both pickup addresses and the items in the chat. One or two pieces stay a flat rate; more than that is usually hourly, and you'll know which before you book.

Is assembly included?

Assembly you mention up front is included in the price. Extra work you didn't book is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it.
